Q. What is your return policy?

A. We try hard to provide as much information on our website as possible to avoid any surprises or disappointment with your purchase. However, if returned clean, undamaged and unused with all documentation and packaging within 30 days from date of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded on any WaterDog Adventure Gear® product. Please note, once the product touches the water, it is considered used and is not returnable. Prior to returning, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted.  Return Instructions

Q. Do you ship globally?

A. The flat rate shipping we offer on our website sales is for lower 48 U.S. sales only. We do sell our products to Hawaii, Alaska and globally using eBay. Look for our items on eBay (wagproducts) and select the appropriate listing.

You should be provided with an estimated price for shipping to your location. If you do not see the item you are interested in, please contact us via e-mail. If you do not see a price, please contact us to verify your location is covered by eBay’s Global Shipping Program. All orders received from outside the lower 48 U.S. through our website will be cancelled and the non-refundable PayPal fee will be deducted from the refund.

Q. When can I expect delivery?

A. Unless noted on our home page, orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the majority of our shipments are with FedEx Ground and delivery times normally range from 1-3 business days (4-5 business days west of the Rockies) within the lower 48 U.S. states. Expedited shipping is available, but it is typically over $100 due to the size of our boxes. 

Q. Do I need a PayPal account to order?

A. No. We use PayPal’s shopping cart because it is secure and trusted, but you can pay with any of the four major credit cards without a PayPal account. Of course, you can also use PayPal.

Q. Is there a warranty on your products?

A. Yes. All WAG Boarding Steps™ have a one-year transferable limited warranty.

Q. Do any stores sell your products?

A. No. The only place to purchase WaterDog Adventure Gear® is on-line. You will find our complete line of products and accessories on our website and obtain them at the lowest cost with free shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states. Our website also provides the most product information with videos and links to social media. In addition, we offer all of our products on eBay to cover Alaska, Hawaii and global sales.

Q. Do you sell on eBay and/or Amazon?

A. We currently list all of our WaterDog Adventure Gear® products on eBay to facilitate sales outside of the lower 48 U.S. states. We have successfully exported our products all over the world using eBay’s Global Shipping Program. The product price is the same, but shipping and handling will be more to cover eBay’s fees. We have listed a few of our products on Amazon for exposure to people who only search Amazon, but we charge significantly more to cover Amazon’s fees and policies. We are not fans of Amazon due to their predatory business tactics aimed at crushing competition.
