WAG's water dog ramp for sport hunting is a superior performing dog ladder for hunting boats and blinds. Unlike other duck boat dog ladders, ramps or platforms, the LM-6H provides a dog-friendly, stable, and easy-to-use ramp for your dog to get from the water into the duck boat or blind after a retrieve by themselves. No more setting your gun down to wrestle your dog back in.
The LM-6H dog ramp for hunting boats hooks over the gunwale or transom lip of the hunting boat or blind, and adjustable legs rest against the hull. If your duck boat or blind has a platform without a lip, we can build you a custom H-series for platform mounting.

Mounts over a gunwale or transom lip up to 4” wide using reversible, modifiable hooks (crossbar accessory available for gunwales wider than 4”)
Independently adjustable struts to accommodate different hull designs and shapes (angle/curvature)
Requires only 15-1/2” flat section of gunwale or transom lip
Floats if dropped in the water, but not while mounted due to strategic placement of crosslinked, closed-cell polyethylene foam
6-step design provides for 24″ of rise from the bottom step to the boat lip (two-step extension accessory available to increase the rise to 32”)
Choice of Oak Moss Green or Marsh Grass Tan colors
Non-corrosive materials (engineered plastics, black anodized aluminum extrusions, black oxide stainless steel hardware)

After years of "dragging" my lab into the boat on other solutions, getting soaked in the process, the pup figured the ladder out after two retrieves with no pre-training, and I didn't have to help him into the boat once. I also used the ladder twice (205 LBS) to get into the boat in waders. I don't normally do reviews, but it was such a different experience than the last 20 years. Looking forward to trying it on a canoe this weekend!

I was looking for a dog ramp for multiple boat options for hunting my dog and this ramp has been nothing but amazing. It’s super light and folds up nice for storage and very stable. It is super simple to use and help my dog train to use it. We both love it!

Works Great
I bought the ladder for my dock so my three large (100 lb) dogs could easily get out of the water. I have had it for 1 month so far, and it works great! Even when they climb over each other at the same time. I also love the way it folds up when not in use. It could be slightly wider, but otherwise, I like it a lot! Perhaps you could make a slightly bigger/strudier version for big dogs?
